This building is a part of some long history starting back when it was a German Beer Gardens. It was built in 1900 and is now a part of the Queen City Underground Tour led by our friends and partners, The Newport Gangsters Walking Tours. Video - watch lower left corner, there is a flash of light then something darts past camera, so fast that it pixels out the camera for a brief second. This happens toward end of video.

Conclusions of Investigation

The night was pretty quiet for the most part, but we did hear some bangs on floor levels above us that there was nobody on and we could not explain, we were able to catch a couple of those louds bangs we heard on audio that are also follwed by an EVP on each bang which you can hear above with the rest of the audio we collected throughout the night. As stated above, this was orginially owned and operated by Germans and if you will listen to the EVP of the girl talking/singing, it does not sound to be English. We also captured a video on the same floor that looks to be as if something crosses in front of the video camera. With the evidence collected from this location, we would definitely have to say that this building does have paranormal activity going on inside of it.
