During the investigation we didnt have any personal experiences and we were able to debunk some of the claims. Some of the claims include hearing voices and hearing keys jingle.
However, next door there is the Talbert Tavern and people were walking around all night and we could hear them talking. There was a dumpster out there too and when trash was thrown into it, it sounded like jingling. We did collect two Evp's from the investigation.
EVP - Footsteps seems to be walking on something, however, this was in the yard where it is all grass
EVP - Female voice that can not be explained

Conclusions Of Investigation
We were able to come up with two Evp's and can safely say, there does seem to be some paranormal activity there, more then likely, it is residual
